X-Win-Soft provides offline software licenses, product tutorials, deployment support, and customer service.

Specific features, account limits, pricing, delivery method, and service period depend on the plan or order confirmed by both parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the software complies with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising policies, and third-party terms.

You are responsible for account data, proxy/IP setup, content materials, task configuration, message content, and operation results.

You may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, infringement, harassment, spam, malicious attacks, or other conduct that harms third-party rights.

Plan pricing, account quantity, feature scope, and renewal cycle are based on the website display or the order confirmed by both parties.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, activated software services, digital products, deployment support, and custom services are not refundable without cause.

For upgrades, renewals, or plan changes, contact us in advance to confirm pricing and delivery arrangements.

X-Win-Soft software, interface, copy, brand, code, design, and related materials belong to X-Win-Soft or its licensors.

Without authorization, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, crack, rent, transfer, or use the service for competitive purposes.

The software is provided as is, without any express or implied warranty, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or defect-free operation.

The developer does not guarantee that the software is suitable for every scenario and is not liable for indirect losses caused by account status, platform rule changes, customer operation, or third-party environments.

The developer's total liability will not exceed the license fee you paid. If the software was obtained for free, the liability cap is zero.

If you violate these terms or the license agreement, the software license and technical support may terminate immediately.

After termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court where the developer is located.
